By accessing or using Milk Ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account credentials. You must ensure that the customer and staff profiles you create contain accurate information.
Users must not share their login access. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.
Milk Ledger provides tools for manual and Bluetooth-automated milk entry logs. While we ensure system reliability, the accuracy of the data entered (quantity, fat, SNF, etc.) rests entirely with the Dairy Owner and their designated Delivery Boys.
The App serves strictly as a digital ledger. We do not process payments, nor do we act as an intermediary for financial transactions. All monthly settlements and manual payment button toggles are agreements solely between the Dairy Owner and the Customer. Milk Ledger is not liable for any unpaid dues, financial disputes, or discrepancies.
The built-in Live Chat and Calling features are intended for business logistics only. Users agree not to use these features for harassment, spam, or abusive behavior. Violations may result in immediate account suspension by the Admin.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app (including Bluetooth integrations or dashboard features) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically.
