Registration requires a Mobile Number for OTP verification to secure the business dashboard.
Profiles are manually created by Dairy Owners. We only store essential details (name, phone number) required for milk entry management and delivery tracking.
Milk collection data is logged manually or synced via Bluetooth integrations. We store this to provide accurate monthly statements.
Customers have dedicated logins to securely view their own ledger. Delivery Boys only see customer data assigned to their routes.
Milk Ledger is an analytical and recording tool. We do not integrate any third-party payment gateways. We do not ask for, collect, or store credit card or bank account information. Payments are settled manually by users offline.
To use the built-in Live Chat and Voice Calling features between Owners, Customers, and Delivery Boys, the app requires standard Microphone and Network permissions. We do not record your calls.
